Settings — Company
Company settings allow administrators to configure organisation-wide preferences, manage members, and control branding.
Accessing Company Settings
Click Settings in the sidebar footer, then select the Company tab.
General Settings
- Company name — the display name shown in the sidebar header and emails
- Logo — upload a square PNG/JPEG (min 128×128 px) for the sidebar and email header
- Timezone — used for timestamps in exports and notifications
Members Tab
The Members tab shows everyone with access to your PushBackLog organisation.
Inviting a New Member
- Click Invite member.
- Enter the email address.
- Select a role: Admin or Member.
- Click Send invite.
The invitee receives an email with a sign-up link valid for 7 days. Pending invites appear in the Pending invitations list until accepted or expired.
Changing a Member’s Role
Click the role badge next to a member’s name to open a dropdown. Select the new role and confirm. Role changes take effect immediately.
Removing a Member
Click the overflow menu (⋯) next to a member and select Remove. They will lose access immediately. Their contributions (diary entries, decisions, time logs) are retained but attributed to their name.
Roles
| Role | Capabilities |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access including member management, billing, and dangerous operations |
| Member | Full access to projects, backlog, and features; cannot invite/remove members or access billing |
GitHub Integration
The GitHub tab in Settings (Settings → GitHub) is where you connect your organisation’s GitHub account via the PushBackLog GitHub App. Once connected, you can associate repositories with projects so AI Pods can execute work on your codebases. See the GitHub Integration article for setup instructions.
Danger Zone
The danger zone at the bottom of company settings allows permanent account deletion. This action is irreversible and removes all data.
