Backlog Reordering

Item order in the backlog determines priority. PushBackLog supports drag-and-drop reordering to let you arrange items exactly how you want them.

Drag and Drop

In the backlog list view, grab a row by the drag handle (⋮⋮ icon on the left edge of each row) and drag it up or down to its new position. Release to drop. The new order is saved immediately.

The same drag-and-drop behaviour applies in the Kanban board — you can reorder cards within a column.

Quick Move Controls

For larger jumps, use the row overflow menu (⋯) to access:

• Move to top — places the item at the top of the list (highest priority within its current filter context)
• Move to bottom — places the item at the bottom

Sort Order and Filters

When filters are active, “move to top/bottom” moves the item within the visible list, not the absolute full list. Clear filters first if you want to set the absolute position.

Sharing Order Across Views

The order you set in the list view is the same order shown in the Kanban board within each column. Order changes are immediately reflected in both views.
